* Optionally Run `docker-compose`

* Use Traversal Projects Over Solution Files

* Cleanup VSCode Tasks

* Bind DataProtection Keys to Host

- Makes it so the container can be rebuilt without corrupting data

* Update .vscode/tasks.json
