Subject: [PATCH] I think the time has come for PuTTYgen to mention
 "authorized_keys" instead of "authorized_keys2" by default. I believe this
 change was made in OpenSSH around June 2001, so any versions which it applies
 should have been replaced by now for other reasons. (The docs still
 adequately document the confusion surrounding this)
