Replace ssh_pkt_get* with BinarySource.

The 'savedpos' field in 'struct Packet', which was already unused on
the output side after I threw away ssh_pkt_addstring_start, is now
unused on the input side too because a BinarySource implementation has
taken over. So it's now completely gone.
