Clarify Unix Pageant passphrase prompting docs.
Terminal prompting takes precedence over GUI prompting, so explicitly
state that in the docs.

Unix Pageant: man page and online help.
I think Unix Pageant is now more or less usable, though of course I
wouldn't blame anyone for sticking with other SSH agent solutions.
