This commit includes <stdbool.h> from defs.h and deletes my
traditional definitions of TRUE and FALSE, but other than that, it's a
100% mechanical search-and-replace transforming all uses of TRUE and
FALSE into the C99-standardised lowercase spellings.
No actual types are changed in this commit; that will come next. This
is just getting the noise out of the way, so that subsequent commits
can have a higher proportion of signal.
Like every other toolchain I've tried, my Coverity scanning build has
its share of random objections to parts of my Windows API type-
checking system. I do wonder if that bright idea was worth the hassle
- but it would probably cost all the annoyance all over again to back
out now...
By default Windows processes have wide open ACLs which allow interference
by other processes running as the same user. Adjust our ACL to make this
a bit harder.
Because it's useful to protect PuTTYtel as well, carve winsecur.c into
advapi functions and wincapi.c for crypt32 functions.
