Joel Stemmer c633abbaa9 Set failure message when a test failed.

The failure tag is required when a test failed. The failure message is
set to 'Failed' for now since we don't have the actual failure message
yet.

go-junit-report

Converts go test output to an xml report, suitable for applications that expect junit xml reports (e.g. Jenkins).

Installation

go get github.com/jstemmer/go-junit-report

go install github.com/jstemmer/go-junit-report

go test -v | go-junit-report > report.xml
