Charlie at work points out that the screen FAQ contains a different

- and probably better - solution to the screen-vs-alt-screen issue.
Reference it and describe the fix.

The reason why this only started to be a problem in 0.54 is because
\c{screen} typically uses an unusual control sequence to switch to
